Worship Painter & Christian Speed Painter

Worship that becomes witness.

Revel is a worship painter and Christian speed painter for hire. He paints during worship — Jesus, the Lion of Judah, the King of Kings — upside-down for the length of the set. At the bridge of the final song, the canvas flips. The face of Christ appears. The room responds.

━ Christ-Centered Body Of Work

Painted live in the room where the Spirit was moving.

The faces of Christ painted live during worship services, conferences, and revival nights. Every painting on this page has been performed in front of a worshiping congregation and now hangs in a church lobby, conference foyer, or the home of the highest bidder at a missions auction.

━ Where Worship Meets Painting

Revel's Testimony — how his life was flipped upside down.

Revel is a Christian speed painter and live performance artist whose life was radically transformed after an encounter with God in 2014. What once looked successful on the outside was a life internally marked by depression, anxiety, and emptiness — until Jesus changed everything. Before becoming an artist, Revel worked as a software engineer, never imagining he would one day travel and paint live in front of audiences across the country. Without attending art school or receiving formal training, he began painting simply as a way to share the Gospel of Christ and communicate hope through creativity. Today, Revel uses live art as a powerful platform to inspire faith, encourage people, and point audiences to Jesus. Through dramatic speed painting performances, storytelling, and worship-centered events, his mission is to remind people that God can restore, redeem, and completely transform a life.

━ Christ-Centered Subjects

The faces your congregation already loves.

Most-requested worship paintings: King of Kings, the Lion of Judah, Jesus Crowned, the Praying Christ, the Worship Portrait of Christ, Jesus Pulling Peter from the Water, and prophetic / revival-themed pieces. See the gallery for examples — every painting on this page has been performed live in front of a worshiping congregation.

Custom subjects welcome. Many churches commission a portrait of their pastor, a missionary, or a tribute to a founder for anniversary services and dedications.

━ Worship Painter FAQ

The questions pastors ask first.

A worship painter is a live performance artist who paints during a church service, worship night, or conference — usually a Christ-centered subject like Jesus, the Lion of Judah, or a prophetic image — as part of the worship set. Revel paints upside-down for the duration of the worship leader's set, then flips the canvas at the bridge or during the altar call to reveal the face of Christ in the moment of greatest spiritual openness in the room.
The strongest placement is during the worship set, with the reveal landing on the bridge of the closing song or at the front edge of the altar call. The painting becomes the visual anchor of the moment when the Spirit is moving and the pastor is inviting response. Some churches place it during the offering or as a standalone moment between worship and the message.
Most-requested: Jesus (King of Kings, Lion of Judah, Crowned, Praying, Worship Portrait, Pulling Peter from the Water), prophetic and revival-themed pieces, biblical figures, and tribute portraits of pastors, missionaries, or honorees. Custom subjects are welcome — the painting is created from your request.
Yes — both. Many churches keep the finished piece for the lobby, foyer, or sanctuary as a permanent visual reminder of the night. Others auction the painting the same night to fund missions, building campaigns, or benevolence — single-painting auctions in church settings have raised five and six figures.
Yes. Revel has performed at Sunday services, worship nights, faith-based galas, missions fundraisers, and Christian school chapel services across the United States. He works with worship leaders, production teams, and pastors to land the reveal at the precise moment the Spirit is leading.
Yes. Revel is based in Florida and travels nationwide for ministry bookings. Travel and load-in are quoted as part of every booking. He is sensitive to ministry budgets and often partners with churches on gifting or benefit-style structures.
